In the unfortunate event of one of your customers being involved in an accident, regardless of who is at fault, it is important you report it to us as soon as possible so we can begin to resolve their claim.
When reporting an incident, it helps to have their vehicle registration, policy reference and the full details of the incident including date, time and location.

Claims reported after 48 hours of the incident will be liable to a £500 late reporting excess.
We may reduce the excess payable on any fault claim by £250, provided that:
1. The incident is reported to the claims line above; AND
2. The incident is reported providing full contact details for any third parties, within 24 hours or less immediately following the date and time of the accident; AND
3. As an integral part of the notification in 1 and 2 above, full details of the third party are provided, defined as either:
The full name of the other party, their full home postal address (including post code), at least one valid telephone number and the registration number of their vehicle;
Please note that in the event information provided about the other party is found to be in any way invalid, we reserve the right to withdraw any agreement to reduce the excess.
